     RULES AND REGULATIONS

This Rules and Regulation,Applies  Applicant used in these rules and regulations are referring to the person applying for entrance into the Beauty Pageant.

1. Entrant affirms that she is and will continue to be a person of good moral character

2. That she has not committed and will not commit any act inconsistent with the highest standards of public morals and conventions or that will reflect unfavorably on the pageant, its representatives or sponsors.

3. That she has not appeared in nude or provocative photographs for any film or publication prior to, during the preliminary or pageant finals, or during her reign as Miss Culture Scotland Titleholder.

4. Applicant  will conduct herself in a courteous, professional manner at all times during the Beauty Pageant and while representing Miss Culture Scotland Beauty Pageant title.

5. Applicant  will not slander or libel other contestants, judges, Wobia Entertainment House staff or anyone else involved with or connected to the Miss Culture Scotland Beauty Pageant. Defamatory verbal and/or written remarks against Miss Culture Scotland Beauty Pageant will result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of any and all prizes and awards won, and legal charges.

6. Good sportsmanship is expected at all times. Disruptive behavior before, during, or after the pageant may result in disqualification, removal from the premises, and legal charges

7.Applicant grants permission to Miss Culture Scotland and Wobia Entertainment House to use her speeches, photos, and videos in pageant related media for advertising and promotional purposes and understands that such pageant materials will become the property of Miss Culture Scotland and Wobia Entertainment House and will not be returned.

8. Applicant understands that Miss Culture Scotland and Wobia Entertainment House reserves the right to add, change, or delete any rules and regulations at any time without giving notice.

9.Applicant understands that she must uphold a pleasant, professional, and friendly demeanor at all times while representing Miss Culture Scotland  Beauty Pageant title.

10.If the Applicant becomes a pageant title winner(Miss Culture Scotland Queen), she understands that she must not contest  in another pageant that is not an International pageant for a year(starting from when she became Miss Culture Scotland Queen)Such term as "Winner" used in these rules and regulations are referring to the person who has applied for entrance, paid the entry fee, was accepted as a participant, and won.

11.Applicant understands that the ENTRY FEE is non-refundable and non-transferable, and must be paid in full before she can compete in the Beauty Pageant.

12.Applicant is required to strictly adhere to the Miss Culture Scotland Beauty Pageant rules and regulations; and if any of these rules are broken by the applicant, applicant understands that participation disqualification and title revocation will be the resulting resolution to the matter.

I hereby agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the pageant committee.-------------------
